**DUE TO COVID-19, WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING ITEMS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. IF YOU HAVE A MANUFACTURER DEFECT WE WILL GLADLY REPLACE YOUR ITEM. FOLLOW THE BELOW DIRECTIONS FOR A REPLACEMENT. THANK YOU FOR YOR UNDERSTANDING.

For returns, please email info@vyeeyewear.com for detailed instructions. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days after the delivery date posted by the carrier. The merchandise must be in new/unworn condition and include the pouch and cleaning cloth it came with. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping cost to return the merchandise.

In the unlikely event that the merchandise you bought arrives damaged, you may return the merchandise to us and we will provide a replacement or a refund depending on your preference. You will not be responsible for the shipping cost of returning damaged merchandise.

If you are returning an item that was shipped internationally, you are responsible for all shipping costs and duties.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
~Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
~Merchandise must be in new/unworn condition with pouch and cleaning cloth included.
~Merchandise that is worn or with missing content may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
~International orders are only eligible for refunds and not exchanges at this time.

REFUNDS
All refunds are processed back to the customer’s original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation regarding the refund details. Please allow for 3 business days for the credit to be reflected back on your account. Timing will vary depending on the form of payment and the financial institution. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges for items that arrive in good condition. If you do not want the item you purchased, please return it and we will refund the payment. If you would like a different style instead of what you ordered, we ask that you return it and order the alternate style as a separate transaction.

INCORRECT / DAMAGED ITEM
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us right away and we will resolve the issue. All damaged items will be inspected upon return. We reserve the right to request photos of the damaged item before we authorize the return.

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

The cut-off time for priority and express shipping is 12pm PST.  Any orders placed after 12pm PST that are priority or express may not be processed the same day.

UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED PACKAGES
Packages returned from failed delivery (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, refusal, cancelled after shipment, etc.) will be subject to a $10 restocking fee for reshipment. Restocking fee will be applied to the final refund amount.

To reship the item, please contact us prior to the refund so we can process your request. Reshipping charges may occur.

We ask that international orders be placed via PayPal for processing convenience. Orders are processed within 2 business days but international shipment delivery times vary depending on the location and the customs process. All international shipments will be sent out by USPS First Class International Mail. Faster shipping options are available by request. The chart above lists the estimated shipping charges for these faster methods. E-mail info@vyeeyewear.com to request these faster shipping methods. We are happy to work with you to deliver your items in a time-frame that is acceptable to you. Please note that the shipping charges will depend on the method you choose.

Undeliverable packages for international orders may be subject to abandonment with no refunds given.
